My Fitness Journey: Insanity Day 2
I threw up. Yup, as in had to run to the bathroom and vomit. I think it’s safe to say that I got my money’s worth of the DVD today when I did the first full blown workout.
I have tried every fad diet, every bogus machine, several gyms and spent hundreds on personal trainers and never in my life have I sweat the way I did today. Hands down the hardest workout I’ve ever done. It was plyometrics and included sports moves mixed with cardio we did everything from basketball moves to skiing moves.
Keep in mind though with plyometrics if your joints are bad this isn’t for you. Since having my daughter seven months ago I’ve had some knee problems and because of that I had to take a couple breaks.
What’s the best part about it? I can feel proud because I pushed myself and forced myself to keep at it for the 43 minutes even though I was DEAD tired.
Weight loss to date. 0.8 lbs
Keep in mind that weight loss is only after one day. One small step in the right direction and one exhausted Elle.
