Daily Affirmations
I’m a firm believer that positive thinking breeds positive actions. Often times though we find ourselves unable to think in a positive manner because life’s burdens have become too much. A feeling of helplessness can very quickly take heed of our lives leaving us in a slump. Suddenly nothing seems right. There’s too much traffic, the lady at Tim Horton’s made your coffee wrong, your boss is an a**hole. It’s very easy to fall into a negative state of mind, very easy.
The challenging part is being able to pull yourself out of that dark place. This is where daily affirmations come in. If you wake up and say “great it’s only Tuesday” you’re setting a negative tone for your day versus if you wake up and say “today will be a good day.”
Daily affirmations are a wonderful way to keep yourself in a positive mindset and encourage yourself throughout the day.
So for today’s dose of morning love, try saying these affirmations out loud:
“I am thankful for everything I have. I will remain grateful regardless of what happens”
“I will open my heart and my life to the happiness I deserve”
“I am beautiful and I am lovable.”
“I will be fearless when facing my obstacles because it will make me a stronger individual.”
